SARAH J WHITMARSH
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION - MIDDLE EAST
Beginning her career in the London music industry, Sarah became Director of Production for a global entertainment company, before transitioning to the Middle East. Here Sarah has led large-scale events, national celebrations, and major sporting ceremonies. With a wealth of expertise in event production, Sarah will now be heading up RDE operations in the Middle East.
JOHN TANG
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION - SE ASIA

With a wealth of experience in his local area of Hong Kong, John first worked together with Richard on the 2019 AFC Awards. With a background in music recording and concert production, John's expertise as technical supervisor and production manager now covers PR stunts, promotional events, video and interactive multi-media production and more. John’s versatile abilities, positive attitude and communicative skills in both English and Chinese are valuable assets as he heads up RDE operations in South East Asia.
FLORENCE MORRIS-CLARKE

Having worked alongside Richard for many years, Florence assists in all aspects of event production, from initial concept development, logistical arrangements through to onsite builds and assistance on live shows.​
SONJA CHAN
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Originally from Austria, Sonja is experienced in event organisation and film production and is keen to push boundaries and explore new creative avenues. With a passion for acting, Sonja also trains in martial arts and various sports endeavours.
